I have registered for the Jafri group to download Shia books, however when I want to download, nothing happens.

when I click on the download button, it only says “download started...”, but no book is been downloaded.

Could you please answer the following questions, so we can help with your issue.

Are you using a phone or on a computer? If phone, which one do you have?
Are you able to read a book by pressing the read online button?
If you are using your phone, did you check your notifications? If the book downloaded, you should get a notification.
