This is truly one of the best articles I've read on I'tikaf—beautifully written with a touch of humor that made it all the more engaging. It was also enlightening to learn about how I'tikaf is observed in Qom, right next to the Shrine of Lady Fatimah Masooma (s.a.). I can’t help but wish I had been there with you on this profound spiritual journey. Thank you, Syed Muhammad Ali Jaffery & Jafri Library, for sharing such a heartfelt and refreshing read!

   رمضان المبارک  کے آخری عشرے  کا سنت مؤکدہ اعتکاف کسی وجہ سے ٹوٹ جائے تو صرف ایک دن کی قضاء لازم ہے ، اگر ماہِ رَمَضان شریف کے دن ابھی باقی ہیں تو ان میں بھی قضا ہو سکتی ہے۔ اگر رَمَضان شریف گُزرگیاتو  کسی اور دن بھی قضاکی جاسکتی ہے لیکن چونکہ اس اعتکاف میں روزہ شرط ہے اس لیے عیدُالْفِطر کے دن  اور ذُوالحجَّۃِ الْحَرام کی دسویں تا تیرہویں کے علاوہ ہی اعتکاف کریں کہ ان پانچ دنوں کے روزے رکھنا مکروہِ تحریمی ہیں۔نیز اعتکاف  کی قضا آئندہ ماہ رمضان المبارک میں  کریں تب بھی اعتکاف کی قضاہوجائے گی ۔
